Pet Shuttle
For your convenience we offer Home Pick-up Service, we will pick your pet up at home or work, and transport them safely and comfortably to our cage-free facility for a day of play, grooming, training or an over-night stay.
Our Pet Shuttle is air conditioned and heated our pet-friends travel securely in airline approved pet carriers.
*We require initial first time pet services registration in person.
The shuttle service is available Monday through Friday, and does not operate on weekends or major holidays.
Dragonfly Exotic Pet Shuttle makes scheduled pick-up stops in your area Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm by
appointment and can be used for Boarding, Grooming, Training and/or Day Care needs.
Pet Shuttle Schedule
Please allow up to 15 to 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive.
Morning Shuttle pickups ($20 Per family)
7:00am - 10:00am
Afternoon Shuttle pickups ($20 Per family)
12:00pm - 2:00pm
Evening Shuttle pickups ($20 Per family)
4:00pm - 5:45pm
Shuttle Service Rates:
$20.00 - (per pick-up or drop-off) within the below area:
$1.50 - per mile beyond that (per MapQuest)

For your pet’s safety, we do have a few rules for our pet shuttle:

A pet caretaker must be at your home/work for drop-off and pick-up

A signature will be required for release of the pet — please ensure you have an authorized person to sign.

We will not leave your pet in the backyard alone

We will schedule a convenient time for pick-up and drop-off beforehand

We require schedule arrangements in advance for shuttle services

All pets are transported securely.
A service fee will be assessed if there is no caretaker available at the time of pick-up or drop-off.
Pricing is based on round-trip mileage to and from our facility to your location.
Cancellations: If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to pick-up time.
The boarding facility is closed for business during Saturdays & Major Holidays, but we never stop caring for your pets.
We DO NOT require a minimum day stay over Holidays, and we DO NOT raise rates during peak times.
Saturdays: We are CLOSED no fees charged! to take advantage of this day your pet must be checked-in to our
facility no later then Friday’s close, the day before. All fees are suspended from 12am Saturday and will not resume
until 12am Sunday the next day.
But, we never stop caring for your pets.
